A self built web-app to manage a programme of work, including proposals, contracts, delivery status, and related documents.  The tool was used by the 4iP team to keep track of projects and the investment portfolio.

I had great fun making this and it satisfying that we came to rely on it, with individuals and commercial, finance and commissioning departments all using it without poking or prodding.  Quite amazing when you consider maintaining spreadsheets and status reports usually involves thankless chasing for updates.  I’ve been meaning to make this into something re-suable but time keeps running away with me.
